These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 5333bd ("5333bd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 5333bd.org. Once your account is registered, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been carried out by you, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 5333bd requires identity verification. Account Closure: You may request closure of your 5333bd account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your designated bKash, Nagad, or Rocket mobile wallet, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

All financial transactions on 5333bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 5333bd account. Malfunction voids play: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during an active game round, the affected round may be voided. Any stake associated with a voided round will be returned to the player's account balance. 5333bd is not liable for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5333bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions, even where 5333bd has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

5333bd's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 5333bd account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5333bd operates the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain continuous service availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may occur and are not grounds for any claim against 5333bd.

All content on the 5333bd platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logo, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the property of 5333bd or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the 5333bd platform without prior written authorisation from 5333bd.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 5333bd operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair resolution of all player disputes.

All times referenced in this Agreement and across the 5333bd platform are expressed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
